Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jilko account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. jilko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts and void associated balances and bonuses.
All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. jilko may request identity documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in account suspension.
All transactions on jilko are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited in PHP. All wagers, winnings, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are stated in PHP.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. jilko reserves the right to extend processing times for security verification purposes, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts that have not completed KYC.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR requirements, jilko may require additional documentation for large or unusual transactions. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.5 jilko reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. jilko will communicate any such holds to the affected player within forty-eight (48) hours.
5.1 jilko may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

8.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jilko may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances not found to be proceeds of prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
8.3 Players may voluntarily close their jilko account at any time by contacting live chat support. 12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you may close your account as described in Section 8.3.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jilko's Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable under jilko's operating license. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
